NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH: Neighborhood watch currently is in existence for the street of Altus. However, there is no watch program for many of the other streets in Louisa Heights. Because neighborhood watch involves several meetings per year, it may be most manageable when broken down into blocks. For instance, with Frieda & Nelda Avenue having numerous residences, it would be desireable to have block captains for each of the respective 200, 300, & 400 blocks.
